Study without stress: Lecture

The HSC years don’t have to be stressful. You can learn how to study and perform in exams more effectively and with less stress. Discover why and how the body reacts to stress; how unhelpful thinking, perfectionism and procrastination may be sabotaging you; and learn about the importance of social and physical pursuits to maintain balance. We’ll also give you some tools to help you change the way you view school and exam anxiety and stress too.
